The Nigerian Film Corporation (NFC) on Thursday, August 15th, 2019 in Abuja, Nigeria signed a $5million Movie Production Agreement. Other parties to the agreement are Ceasar Production (Argentina), Mohammed Hayatu Ahmad and Ayo Akanji (Nigeria).
The movie which will be shot in Nigeria and Argentina is expected to further deepen the two countries cultural and audiovisual relations.
Speaking at the agreement signing ceremony, Dr. Chidia Maduekwe, NFC Managing Director among others said that the movie production will definitely add up to NFC’s desire for Nigeria to remain the hub of film making in Africa.
The Film Production Agreement was signed at the Embassy of Argentina, Abuja. In attendance was representative of the Embassy, Mr. Hugo Herman Bubenik and that of the representative of the Federal Ministry of information & Culture Mr. Augustus Babajide Ajibola.
